The story of 2M Logistics
On February 19, 2024, 2M Logistics was founded by Martin Deymann and Marcel Hulsker, two experienced professionals with a background in shipping.
Martin and Marcel have known each other for over ten years and share a passion for the logistics sector. Martin started his career over 32 years ago as a skipper and built an impressive shipping company with 53 ships. Marcel also started in logistics 32 years ago as a junior employee and assistant dispatcher in shipping. During his career he has developed into an expert in all forms of intermodal transport.
Their strong bond and friendship led to the founding of 2M Logistics in 2024, where they joined forces as partners. Since then, they have added several companies to their portfolio. Today, 2M Logistics has two locations, in Haaften (Gelderland) and Barendrecht (Zuid-Holland). With sixty trucks active on international roads and extensive possibilities for storage and transhipment and transport by rail and inland waterway, the company offers complete logistics solutions.
As a young and ambitious company, 2M Logistics focuses on a clear growth strategy, in which the team and employees are considered the most important asset. The corporate culture is like a close-knit family, in which everyone works together to achieve joint successes.
